Being an Executive Assistant to CEO & Chairman of the group, and moreover the Office Manager of Milan HQ require strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure often with a tight timetable, attention to detail, results orientation, operational problem solving, ability to interact at all levels and "thinking outside the box". I was also a responsible for international congress management and organization.
