Being an Executive Assistant to CEO & Chairman of the group, and moreover the Office Manager of Milan HQ require strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure often with a tight timetable, attention to detail, results orientation, operational problem solving, ability to interact at all levels and "thinking outside the box". Since I joined Zodiak Active I felt that all the skills acquired so far had finally found a place to develop.

Assinform is the Italian association of Information & Communication Technology affiliated to Confindustria (General Confederation of Italian Industry); I always consider myself much more as an Office, even if small, Manager, in addition to the coordination of general services and functions related to the role, I supported the meetings of the existing working groups, managed and sold outside the interior spaces and meeting rooms; moreover I was the referral helpdesk for the applications of innovation projects funding, updating the web section of the “project Expo2015 "and, in addition, coordinating requests for purchase of Assinform Report, an annual publication well-known in the industry;

I cope with the office management, which includes: travel arrangements; relationships with suppliers, customers, owner; management of corporate courses, corporate car fleet, practices and related documentation about 626 Law; Control and supervision of purchasing centre; occasionally I organized press conferences and events contributing in issue of press releases; Prior to this, I was in charge as Executive Assistant to CEO; the role required the management of his agenda, and all activities which required his presence, as well as a considerable support to the Board of directors in drafting of documents and international reports; Languages daily spoken: Spanish and English.

I was the secretary of the founder partner, so I mainly managed his agenda, travels and meeting; I was often asked to translate and reshuffle documents and legal files and giving full support during due-diligences sessions, that meant working under pressure, tight times and for extensive hours; moreover, I was able to bring forward some activities regarding accounting of invoices customers and suppliers. I was also a responsible for international congress management and organization.

I relate only experience qualitatively or quantitatively most representative held during this year, because I have worked in companies which differ in types and fields(i.e. marketing, credit, finance), increasing the acquaintance in secretarial area; for the companies above mentioned, I learned to cope with general services, agenda, mails and telephone call’s correspondence, planning of short distance travels, booking of restaurants and hotels, placement of orders and some data entry’s activity.
