In October 2006 I decided to capitalize all my working experiences and I created BEST HR ITALIA Srl, a HR consulting firm supporting companies in recruiting, training and consulting services. This new entrepreneurial experience gave me the opportunity to establish partnerships with Training Companies and with wellknow professionals top provide clients specific training courses, tailored on the clients needs. In September 2012 Best HR Italia sold of its assets to Gi Group, a leading HR Services company. I joined the Group and became Regional Director of Intoo, the group company dedicated to outplacement services.

December 2004 – End 2006 VEDIOR HR SOLUTIONS General Manager of the Vedior Group Company providing high-added value services in the HR field, as Training, Executive Search and Selection, Outplacement and Consultancy. In this position I defined the sales and operations strategies of the new services the Company is providing, after the new labour legislation in Italy, managing 3 Product Managers, each in charge of a specific service (Training, Executive Search and Selection, Outplacement). The profit margin of the above mentioned services is equal to 64% and the turnover was increased up to 188% in the first two years.

1998 – 2004 VEDIOR Spa (temporary staffing agency, Italian branch of the Vedior Group) January 2004 – December 2004: Product Manager of the new line of business called Speedy Selection, for permanent staffing, in charge of sales strategies and operations procedures implementation, involving and training of the sales force. During the first year of business the business had a turnover of 530.000 €. March 1999 – December 2004: Area Sales Manager for Piemonte, Liguria, Lazio, Sardegna, Marche and Varese. In this position I granted the development and the start-up of the Area, with the opening of 16 new branches implementing sales actions and organization plans in order to reach the targets (13 millions € in 2000, 24 millions in 2001. In 2002 the area increased its turnover up to 7,8% and in 2003 up to 12,3%). I managed 52 staff, including Branch Managers, Sales Accounts and Branch Assistants.

1993 – 1997 ACI IMMAGINE Service Management Manager. The position was responsible for organization, planning and sales of new services of the Turin Automobile Club. I developed new services as parking, car rental, car repairing services, call centre and tourist services. I was reporting directly to the Chairman and to the Board and was also in charge of budgeting and reporting activities. The companies reached the break-even point after one year and reached profitability from the second year. I was responsible for 52 staff, personally recruited and trained.

In this role I was in charge of the definition and of the implementation of sales and marketing policies, according to the Company strategies and granting the reaching of the turnover targets, through managing and developing a dealers network made by direct staff, Automobile Club of Italy Branches, Agents and car dealers. I reported to the Managing Director.
